Okay, so I got a note home from school this week. Apparently the week of April 21 – 27, 2008 is National TV Turn Off Week. If our family makes it a whole week with the TV off, my son, Breck will have his name drawn for a prize. Now in principle, I love this idea! More time together, more time to play games, turn off the mindless violence. Love love love it! However, I have one teensie, tiny issue…after the writers strike, Gray’s Anatomy is finally on again…this week! Argh!
It is my one guilty pleasure. Well, the only one I am willing to share. I admit it; I wait for Thursdays. Lovingly tuck my kids in a few minutes early and then breathe a sigh of relief as I indulge myself in Dr. McDreamy. Oh well, it’s for the kids, right? So ladies, join me and support me, I may need it! We can do it! We will do it! And there is always TiVo :)

Inspired by YOU!
I just spent a weekend with wonderful women at Goddess Camp at the Wellness Spa. Their stories, gifts and friendship were inspiring. Instead of blogging about this experience…I want to open the floor…so to speak. What story would you like to share? What have you learned from your life that could benefit others? Post your inspirational thoughts, wisdom, encouragement and questions here! You inspire us!
